You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Repth of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Repth will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

Repth is committed to protecting your privacy. The information you share with us, containing information related to your overall fitness activities, will be used solely for the purpose of creating a training plan and providing coaching insights. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Please refer to our detailed Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, protect, or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.
3. Coaching and Training Services
When you submit your fitness or activity data to Repth, you authorize us to analyze the information to offer personalized coaching advice and generate a training plan. Our coaching services are provided for informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional medical or fitness advice. It is your responsibility to consult with a qualified professional before beginning any new training or fitness regimen.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our coaching and training services are offered "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. Repth and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, harm, or damages—including but not limited to physical injury, financial loss, or emotional distress—that may result from your use of our coaching services or from reliance on the training plans provided. You acknowledge that any participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, and you agree to hold us harmless against any and all claims related to such activities.
5. User Conduct
In using Repth, you agree not to:
- a. Use the service for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities.
- b. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- c. Provide false or inaccurate information when registering an account or using the service.
- d. Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware, or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature.
6. Termination
Repth reserves the right to terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, unless you have an active subscription, you may simply discontinue using the service. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If you have an active Repth subscription, you may cancel it at any time by clicking the Manage Existing Subscription button in your billing settings.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
